![]() ![]() The weight is a biggie but with a bit of schnitzer magic, the car handles much nicer than standard with a nice drop in height without being too slammed. ive had 18's on for a while now and can confirm there is a noticeable difference between 18's and 19's even when using 18" track tyres but 19's do look the business especially the csl versions. Wheels, well i'll go along with Richards comment. I just had mine MOT'd last week and asked the boys at bowker to pay particular attention to the rear as it will be 10 years old next year but I believe cars registered after jan 2004 have been graced with a 12 year corrosion warranty! ![]() I think I am right in saying e36's also have a rear suspension/cracking problem. Never found these new seats to be a problem even on long journeys (my dad even fell asleep on a trip to prodrive)Įlectronic driver aids can be easily switched off and on facelifted versions, I understand can be altered to incorporate M track mode! I always found the seats to be useless and uncomfortable so threw in some leather pole positions which are similar to csl seats but with even less (re-no) back adjustment. Theres a lot of dislikes for the e46 Richard but with a little bit of fettling, some can be easily sorted. ![]()
